ChurchOnSunday
Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the ChurchOnSunday streaming portal, Restreamer hosting, and the ChurchOnSunday Meta app operated by TGIF / ChurchOnSunday (“we”, “us”).
By signing in, connecting Facebook, or using our streaming service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service
We provide tools for churches to ingest a live stream (typically from OBS) and republish it to destinations such as YouTube and Facebook. Features may include a church portal, OBS credentials, Facebook Page connection via Meta Login, and automatic creation/ending of Facebook Live Videos.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be authorized by your church to operate streaming and, if connecting Facebook, be an admin of the Facebook Page you connect
- Keep portal passwords and OBS stream keys confidential
- You are responsible for activity under your credentials
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful content or activity
- Attempt to access another church’s streams, tokens, or accounts
- Abuse Meta, YouTube, or other platform APIs or violate their terms
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the service
- Resell access without our written permission
You are solely responsible for the content of your live streams and for obtaining any rights, licenses, and consents required (music, speakers, minors on camera, etc.).
5. Third-party platforms
Facebook, YouTube, and similar services are third parties. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy enforcement, App Review decisions, or visibility limits (including Meta Development mode) on those platforms.
6. Meta Platform
If you connect a Facebook Page, you authorize us to use tokens and permissions you grant to create and end Live Videos and related Page actions needed for restreaming. You can revoke access in Facebook settings or by requesting deletion (see Data deletion).
7. Intellectual property
Our software, branding, and documentation remain ours. Your stream content remains yours (or your licensors’). You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or that every destination will accept every broadcast.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $0 IF YOU PAY NOTHING).
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the service or others. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits) will survive termination.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law for your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
