User data deletion
Effective September 9, 2026
How to request deletion
If you used the ChurchOnSunday Meta app or portal and want your data deleted, email scott@tgifriday.com with:
- Subject line: ChurchOnSunday data deletion
- Your name and Facebook name/email used to Connect
- Church name / portal slug (e.g. bethel)
- Facebook Page name (if applicable)
We will verify the request and, within 30 days, delete or irreversibly anonymize:
- Stored Facebook Page access tokens and Page IDs for that connection
- Related OAuth credential files on our servers
- Portal session data we control for that user, where applicable
We may retain limited records as required by law or for security (e.g. that a deletion request was completed).
What we cannot delete for you
- Videos, posts, or Lives already published on Facebook or YouTube — remove those in those products
- Data Meta or Google hold under their own policies
You may also remove the ChurchOnSunday app under Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (wording may vary).
